Privacy Policy — KPRATIVE Planner
Last updated: September 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how KPRATIVE Planner (“KPRATIVE Planner”, “we”, “our”, or “the Service”) accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Service, including information obtained through Google APIs.
1. What KPRATIVE Planner is
KPRATIVE Planner is an AI-assisted planning application that helps users organize tasks, projects, focus sessions, daily workload, and calendar commitments. Where a user connects Google Calendar, KPRATIVE Planner may read calendar information and, when specifically requested and confirmed by the user, create, update, reschedule, or delete calendar events.
2. Information we may process
Depending on the features you use, the Service may process:
- Account and application identifiers required to operate your KPRATIVE Planner account.
- Tasks, projects, planning preferences, focus-session information, and related Planner data.
- Language, timezone, notification, and other application settings.
- Google OAuth authorization information required to connect your Google account.
- Google Calendar event information that you authorize the Service to access.
3. Google Calendar data
If you connect Google Calendar, KPRATIVE Planner may access calendar data that is necessary to provide the features you request. This may include event titles, start and end times, durations, descriptions, locations, calendar identifiers, event identifiers, and other event metadata available through the permissions you grant.
KPRATIVE Planner uses Google Calendar data to provide planning functionality such as displaying your commitments, calculating meeting-related workload, adjusting available planning capacity, and carrying out calendar actions that you explicitly request.
4. Calendar write actions
KPRATIVE Planner may create, edit, reschedule, or delete Google Calendar events only through functionality made available to the authenticated user. Calendar changes are tied to the connected user's Google authorization.
KPRATIVE Planner is designed so that a task is not automatically treated as a calendar event. Calendar mutations require a user-initiated action or an explicit confirmation of a proposed calendar change. Destructive or ambiguous actions may require additional confirmation or clarification.
5. How we use Google user data
Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing functionality of KPRATIVE Planner, including:
- reading authorized calendar events;
- showing calendar commitments inside the Planner;
- calculating calendar-related planning load and availability;
- creating, updating, rescheduling, or deleting events when requested by the user;
- maintaining synchronization and consistency between the connected calendar and Planner.
6. AI and machine learning use
KPRATIVE Planner does not use information obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Google Calendar data may be processed by the Service only as necessary to provide the personalized Planner functionality requested by the user, subject to the user's authorization and the Service's access controls.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
KPRATIVE Planner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell Google user data. We do not sell personal information obtained through KPRATIVE Planner to advertisers or data brokers.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising, profiling unrelated to the Service, or other purposes unrelated to providing or securing KPRATIVE Planner.
Service providers may process limited information where technically necessary to operate, secure, or deliver the Service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
9. Data storage and security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed by the Service. Google authorization credentials and tokens are not intended to be exposed publicly and are stored using restricted application access and appropriate protection mechanisms.
Access to user data is limited to the functionality and system components that require it to provide the Service. KPRATIVE Planner is designed to keep Google Calendar authorization associated with the specific user who granted access.
10. Data retention
We retain personal and application data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and reliability, comply with applicable legal obligations, and support legitimate operational requirements.
Data associated with a disconnected Google Calendar connection is no longer used for ongoing Google Calendar access. Certain historical application records may be retained for limited periods where necessary for security, audit, backup, or integrity purposes.
11. Revoking Google access
You may revoke KPRATIVE Planner's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents future access through the revoked authorization.
You may also disconnect Google Calendar through KPRATIVE Planner where that functionality is available.
12. Deleting Planner data
Users may request deletion of personal Planner data through the controls provided by the Service or by contacting us. Where the Service provides a dedicated memory-deletion function, users may use that function to remove stored Planner memory associated with their account.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups or security/audit records where necessary for integrity, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or disaster recovery, and will be handled according to the applicable retention process.
13. Permissions and least privilege
KPRATIVE Planner requests Google permissions that are necessary for the features being provided. Users should review the permissions shown by Google before authorizing access. If write access is requested, it is used only for calendar actions available through the Service.
14. Children's privacy
KPRATIVE Planner is not intentionally directed to children under the age at which independent consent to data processing is permitted under applicable law.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service, legal requirements, or our data practices change. The current version will be published on this page together with its effective date. Material changes to the use of Google user data will be reflected in this policy and, where appropriate, in the Service.
